To enhance students' understanding of cultural heritage, Hong Kong history, Catholic development, and cultivate field investigation skills, our school organized a Yim Tin Tsai field trip in Sai Kung. Students participated in a sea salt workshop to learn about the traditional industry of Yim Tin Tsai. They also visited cultural sites such as St. Joseph's Chapel and the Yim Tin Tsai Heritage Exhibition Centre.
